A man was assaulted, stripped and forced to run naked on a street in Bengaluru allegedly by rowdy-sheeter Pawan Gowda. A video of the incident has also surfaced on social media, showing the victim crying and pleading for mercy. Gowda, who has several cases against him, has been arrested by police, according to reports.
