Dr Shaheen Saeed, an Al-Falah University doctor linked to the Red Fort blast case, was planning to flee to Dubai and had applied for a passport, a report said. Police even visited her campus for verification on November 3. She was later arrested in Lucknow on November 11. Agencies claimed she's part of a wider terror module involving multiple doctors.
