BJP's candidate from the Sirsa seat Rohtash Jangra withdrew his nomination on Monday ahead of the upcoming Haryana Assembly poll. Jangra said that he would back its "ally" Gopal Kanda of the Haryana Lokhit Party (HLP). Ahead of the development, the BJP had called an emergency meeting in Sirsa and decided that Jangra should step down, said reports.
