Kartik Aaryan has bought an office space in Mumbai's Andheri, valued at ₹13 crore, days after purchasing his first plot in Alibaug worth ₹2 crore. According to property registration documents reviewed by online real estate marketplace Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration website, the transaction was completed in September 2025. Kartik reportedly paid ₹78 lakh in stamp duty.
