A man groped and tried to kiss Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum during a public event in Mexico City on Tuesday. A video showed the man, who appeared to be intoxicated, grabbing Sheinbaum from behind and trying to kiss her while she greeted people on the street. No security personnel intervened for several seconds before the man was finally arrested.
