Several English county cricket teams are pushing the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to change visa rules for overseas players. Currently, players need 20 domestic T20 games in ICC member nations to qualify for a work visa. Teams want first-class experience to be considered, not just T20s, to attract top talent for longer than 30 days.
