Delhi High Court has granted relief to filmmaker Karan Johar in his personality rights case and ruled that his name, image and voice are legally protected. Johar had complained that his picture, voice, and name were being misused for commercial gains without permission. The court recently issued orders protecting the personality rights of actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan.
