US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said Iran isn't building nuclear weapons at the moment. She stated Iran Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei hasn't authorised nuclear weapons programme he suspended in 2003. However, Gabbard added Iran's enriched uranium stockpile is at its "highest levels" and is "unprecedented" for a state that doesn't have nuclear weapons.
