BSE will issue two bonus shares for every share held by its investors. The record date for determining eligible shareholders will be announced later. The stock exchange issued bonus shares in the same ratio in February 2022. Shares of the exchange have jumped 100% over the past 12 months and are currently priced at ₹5,479.
