A panel of judges of the US Court of Appeals has ordered the extradition of Tahawwur Rana, an accused in the 26/11 Mumbai attack, a report said. The court had ruled in August 2024 that Rana was “extraditable to India" citing extradition treaty between the two nations. Rana is accused of assisting 10 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists who attacked Mumbai in 2008.
