Rajya Sabha MP Sudha Murty said that her son-in-law and former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is a "proud British citizen" who has "good Indian cultural values". Sudha made the statement at an annual Diwali gala in London where she was the guest of honour. She congratulated Sunak's mother for raising him with Indian values.
