Speaking on the hoax bomb threats issue, Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu said that rules are being amended, adding, "Once we catch hold of the perpetrator who is behind this, we want to put them in the no-flying list." He said the other approach is amending the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against Safety of Civil Aviation (SUASCA) Act.
