Advocate Narender Mann has been appointed as Special Public Prosecutor by Centre to conduct trial in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack case, whose mastermind Tahawwur Rana is being extradited from US. Rana will land in Delhi today and is most likely to be lodged in Tihar jail. NIA is likely to seek his custody in a court for interrogation.
