The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has made a major breakthrough in the Red Fort car bomb blast case by arresting Amir Rashid Ali, in whose name the car involved in the attack was registered, from Delhi. The agency said that Ali, a Kashmiri resident, had conspired with the suicide bomber, Umar Un Nabi, to carry out the terror attack.
