A video of author Arundhati Roy surfaced in which she calls India an "upper-caste Hindu state" and alleges it wages war against its own citizens. She even claimed that Pakistan doesn't do so. Criticising her, Kanwal Sibal, former foreign secretary, said, "The Pakistani military used tanks and air power in Operation Zarb e Azb in 2014 in North Waziristan."
