Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt, his wife Shwetambari Bhatt, and six others have been booked in a ₹30 crore fraud case. Indira IVF founder Dr Ajay Murdia filed the case against Bhatt, alleging that he gave ₹30 crore to Bhatt to make a biopic on his late wife, but the movie was never made. Bhatt denied the allegations and called them misleading.
