Shilpa Shetty withdrew her application seeking permission to travel abroad from the Bombay High Court. The actress no longer wished to pursue the plea as plans to travel to Los Angeles didn't materialise, her lawyer said. The court earlier suggested that she become an approver against her husband, Raj Kundra. The two are accused in a ₹60-crore cheating case.
