Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary claimed that migration in Bihar has reduced from 11% during RJD's Lalu Yadav's regime to 4% now. He said people are not migrating out of helplessness anymore, adding that if JD(U)-BJP comes to power, they will try to uncover the root cause of migration by conducting doorstep surveys and create employment opportunities in the state.
