Russian President Vladimir Putin has reacted to US President Donald Trump postponing their Summit in Budapest to discuss the Ukraine war. "Dialogue is always better than confrontation, than disputes, or even more so than war," said Putin. He also warned that Russian response to a US-made Tomahawk missile being fired by Ukraine at their territory would be "serious".
