Three young women were seen dancing atop the sunroof of a moving Mahindra SUV, while a man dangerously leaned out of the vehicle, risking both his life and the safety of others on the road in Mumbai's Kandivali. "We have informed the Kandivali Traffic Division for necessary action," the Mumbai Traffic Police said in response to the viral video.
