Singer Jubin Nautiyal bought a 4BHK apartment for ₹4.94 crore in Mumbai’s Madh Island area. The apartment comes with three car parking spaces and is spread across 1,933 square feet with a 200 square feet deck area. Nautiyal purchased the 34th-floor apartment at ₹25,578 per square foot and paid a stamp duty of over ₹29 lakh, the documents showed.
