Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi said PM Narendra Modi should create an 'Apaman Mantralaya' (Ministry of Insults) as he always blames all opposition leaders of insulting the country and Bihar. "PM Modi and Amit Shah should answer what NDA did for Bihar in last 20 years," she said. She alleged that Nitish Kumar's government is being "remote-controlled" from Delhi by PM.
