The Afghan Community Coalition in United States has urged the US government to not punish an entire community for the crime of one individual. Condemning the DC shooting attack, that killed one National Guard member and injured another, they said, "Twenty years of Afghan-US partnership must not be forgotten." Another said, "It's devastating for all immigrants."
