United Airlines has asked a US federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by passengers who claimed the airline unfairly charged them extra money for "window seats" that, in reality, lacked windows. The airline defended the lawsuit by saying the word 'window' identifies the seat's position, i.e. the one located next to the aircraft's main body wall.
