Punjab Minister Harpal Singh Cheema-led AAP delegation met Governor Gulab Chand Kataria over the Centre's reported move to allot 10 acre-land in Chandigarh to Haryana for construction of its Assembly building. "Chandigarh belongs to Punjab...we're not going to give even an inch of land," Cheema said. "Haryana doesn't have any right to build its Vidhan Sabha in Chandigarh," he added.
