Maharashtra Deputy CM and NCP chief Ajit Pawar said the decision on the CM's post would be taken after leaders of all Mahayuti alliance (BJP, Eknath Sinde's Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar's NCP) sit together. He, however, said, "The BJP is the largest, they must have decided something." Notably, Mahayuti won 230 of the 288 seats in just concluded elections.
