YouTube has agreed to comply with Australia's teen social media ban by locking out users under 16 years from their accounts. This comes as Australia's law requires social media platforms to comply by December 10, with non-compliance carrying a fine of up to $32.5 million. With this, YouTube has joined TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat in complying with the ban.
