Prashant Bhushan and some politicians shared a notice claiming to be of Uttarakhand's Dev Bhoomi University that stated that 2nd year BTech and BCA students will get 50 marks for attending PM Narendra Modi's event. The university released a statement calling the notice fake, adding that it "doesn't bear the official letterhead, reference number, signature of any competent authority".
