USA Cricket (USAC) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, just before its scheduled preliminary-injunction hearing in its dispute with American Cricket Enterprises (ACE). It's the first known instance globally of an ICC member body declaring bankruptcy. The move by USAC brought the hearing to a pause. ACE criticised it, saying, "USAC is only motivated by politics and its directors' personal agendas."
