Ukraine's SBU intelligence service planted a bomb in an electric scooter that killed Russian general Igor Kirillov, who Ukraine accused of being responsible for use of chemical weapons against its troops, Reuters reported. The 54-year-old is the most senior Russian military officer to have been assassinated inside Russia by Ukraine. Russia may rush to find way to avenge Kirillov's murder.
