PM Narendra Modi announced the 'PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana' on Independence Day, which will help nearly 3.5 crore young Indians. The scheme, which launched today, has a budget of ₹1 lakh crore, he said. "Under the scheme, those getting their first jobs in the private sector will get ₹15,000 from the government," he said from the Red Fort.
