International Space Station (ISS) is set to deorbit at the end of 2030 and it'll be brought down over a remote part of Pacific Ocean, called "spacecraft cemetery" near Point Nemo. The point is located some 2,688km away from nearest landmass. Deorbiting at Point Nemo will ensure that falling debris won't pose any threat to people and infrastructure on earth.
