Uttarakhand Police said that they have arrested two men for disguising themselves as Kanwariyas (pilgrims) and vandalising a shop in Haridwar. The police took action after a video surfaced online showing the accused vandalising the spectacles shop with sticks following a minor argument. The shopkeeper reportedly fled the spot to save his life from the miscreants.
