Solar module maker Goldi Solar has raised ₹1,422 crore in a funding round led by Havells India. The round also saw participation from a consortium of high-net-worth individuals and prominent investors like Zerodha Co-founder Nikhil Kamath, who reportedly invested around ₹140 crore. The Gujarat-based company plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) next year.
