Heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh's Mandi caused landslides and floods, killing at least three in the Nihri area. Dharampur town was worst hit as the Son Khad river swelled, flooding a bus depot and sweeping vehicles away. Over 493 roads, including three highways, were shut as rainfall battered Mandi and Shimla districts.
