The Rajasthan High Court ruled that consenting adults can enter a live-in relationship even if they're below legal marriage age (18 years for women and 21 years for men). Hearing a plea by a couple, who sought protection, the bench cited Article 21 and ordered police to provide them security. The couple had signed live-in agreement in October.
