Congress MP Shashi Tharoor met Sibi Joseph, the father of 26-year-old EY employee Anna Sebastian who died of alleged overwork, and said, "Human rights do not stop at the workplace." He said he would raise this matter in the Parliament and suggested not more than eight hours a day for five days a week in private and public sector companies.
