SEBI has banned brokerage Prabhudas Lilladher from taking on new clients, contracts, or launching new schemes for seven days, starting December 15. The regulator accused the company of multiple violations, including misuse of client funds, misreporting margins and incorrect reporting. SEBI, along with the NSE, BSE and MCX, inspected the company in 2022.
