According to AAIB's preliminary report on Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, cockpit voice recordings revealed exchange between pilots moments before the crash. Shortly after take-off, the fuel cutoff switches transitioned to 'Cut Off' from 'Run' before being reverted. In the recording, a pilot asked the other, "Why did you cut off [fuel]?" The other responded, "I didn't do so."
