A 12-year-old class 7 student was found dead at the Sainik School in Arunachal Pradesh's East Siang district on November 1. The boy's sister claimed in an Instagram video that eight students from class 10 bullied and tortured him before his death. She said his last words were, "Seniors tortured me a lot...I don't know what I'll do now."
