Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara denied allegations of VIP treatment for actor Darshan, who is in Bellary Jail for the Renuka Swamy murder case. He stated, "There is no such thing as VIP treatment...If somebody is not well, the medical team in the prison will take care." His statement came after Darshan was granted interim bail to undergo spine surgery.
