At least five people have been arrested for allegedly attempting to cast votes using false identification cards in Bihar's Motihari. The accused include three women and two men, all of whom are facing charges for rigging voting during the Bihar Assembly elections that concluded on November 11. The results of the election will be announced on November 14.
