Prediabetes in children could be managed by reducing sugar and processed foods and increasing fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, Moneycontrol reported, citing Dr Ravi Malik, senior pediatrician. Children should exercise for at least 60 minutes daily, get 9 to 12 hours of sleep, and limit screen time, including video games and phones, to under two hours a day, Malik added.
