Ex-Pakistan women's cricket team captain Urooj Mumtaz Khan said Pakistan have lacked "massive leadership" in the last six to seven years. "You put [ex-Pakistan captain] Imran Khan in this group of players, and I can vouch...attitude on...field would be far different," Mumtaz added. "When you tell them to talk up an India-Pakistan game, it's a very mellow approach," she stated.
