Microsoft plans to fire underperforming employees in another round of layoffs at the company, Business Insider reported. The layoffs are expected to affect all departments, including the company's critical Security division. Microsoft's managers have reportedly spent the last few months evaluating employees up to level 80. The company had around 2,28,000 employees as of mid-2024.
