Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule found cash inside drawer of officer Atul Kapley's table during surprise visit to sub-registrar's office in Nagpur's Khamla area. He stated raid was conducted in response to complaints of citizens that officials demanded bribe from them. Kapley said the money belongs to him as he empties pocket and keeps things in drawer after reaching office.
