Actress Karisma Kapoor has rented out her residential apartment in Mumbai's Bandra West for a monthly rent of ₹5.51 lakh, as per documents found on Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal. This comes amid an ongoing legal battle surrounding Karisma's ex-husband, Sunjay Kapur, who passed away in June 2025. His estate is estimated at ₹30,000 crore.
