Speaking about argument with Rahul Gandhi during a government meeting in Raebareli, UP Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh said the meeting was "contrary" to its scope. Singh said Rahul hasn't read DISHA meeting's guidelines, adding, "Why should I accept his rights when he...doesn't consider Lok Sabha Speaker's rights?" Rahul, who chaired the meet, had told him to seek permission before speaking.
