Newly appointed Chief Justice of India Surya Kant said he aims to eradicate Supreme Court's image of being a court only for rich and high-profile people. "The SC's true face is revealed when the common public's case is argued first and they are given justice," he said. He took oath as the 53rd CJI on Monday at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
