Ravi Uppal, one of two main accused in multi-crore Mahadev online betting app case, who was arrested in Dubai in 2023, is now missing. His extradition has reportedly been 'put on hold'. Ravi was released 45 days later after 2023 arrest but remained under surveillance given pending extradition proceedings. He was arrested on the back of a Red Corner Notice.
