Actress Mohini spoke about being pressured into doing intimate and swimsuit sequences in RK Selvamani's 1994 Tamil film 'Kanmani' without consent. She said, "Selvamani planned this swimming suit sequence. I was so uncomfortable, I cried and refused to do it...female instructors were practically non-existent." She added, "Felt like I was forced to do [intimate] sequence for 'Udal Thazhuva' (song)."
